A Beautiful Saturday

Each morning I have a cup of yogurt and granola for breakfast and Owen hangs on me until I finish eating it. He likes to take the spoon and cup and "eat it" himself. It's pretty cute.

Speaking of cute, here is Owen sleeping this morning. He is such a sweetheart!!! We are very lucky that he sleeps all through the night. Now, only if his sister would follow suit.

Ellie usually plays pitcher and throws the balls to mom and Owen (mom hit a ball too hard and it ended up going into a yard three houses down.... I guess mom forgets what an awesome batter she is :)).
The weather today was INCREDIBLE. It was in the 70's and breezy, it was perfect! So, we had to take advantage of it. We decided to go fly kites, but we missed the most windy days and today the breeze just wasn't strong enough, so we went to the park instead.

After the park, we went out to eat. We have been doing that as a family on an occasional Saturday and it has been a lot of fun. I think the kids are just at a good age for it (I know, this will be short-lived). Anyways, here is a picture of Owen eating pasta. He is a pasta freak!!!! It is really quite incredible to watch. He just loves pasta! He is a bottomless pit when it comes to it and cannot get enough.
